We’re located on the beautiful Baltimore waterfront close to Domino Sugar factory with easy access from both the downtown business district as well as Interstate 95.

From Wilmington & North:

Take 95 South toward Baltimore. Go through the Fort McHenry Tunnel, but stay to the far right as the exit will be immediately after the tunnel. Take the Key Highway exit and stay to the right. Turn right at the first traffic light. Follow Key Highway to Lawrence Street (Royal Farms on left) and turn left. At the next traffic light, turn left onto Fort Avenue. Follow Fort Avenue to Hull Street (light) and turn left. Follow Hull Street to the end (cross over railroad tracks) where you will find Tide Point. We are in the middle area on the left side (Dawn Building).

From BWI:

Take I195 West to the I95 North exit. Take 95 North toward Baltimore to the Key Highway exit (past 395). Follow the signs for Key Highway and turn left at that light. Follow Key Highway to Lawrence Street (Royal Farms on left) and turn left. At the next traffic light, turn left onto Fort Avenue. Follow Fort Avenue to Hull Street (light) and turn left. Follow Hull Street to the end (cross over railroad tracks) where you will find Tide Point. We are in the middle area on the left side (Dawn Building).
